Manifest III performance
Jazz band Manifest III kicked off concert performances at the DuPont Clifford Brown Jazz Festival in downtown Wilmington’s Rodney Square. Now in it’s 23rd year, the week-long, free festival showcased various styles of jazz from more than a dozen musicians.
