Man shot in Wilmington’s Little Italy

Wilmington police are investigating a shooting that happened early Tuesday morning in Wilmington’s Little Italy neighborhood.
The incident happened just after 8 a.m. in the 600 block of North Lincoln Street.
According to police, the 36-year-old Wilmington man was shot in the upper body. He was taken to Christiana hospital and his condition is unknown.
The investigation shut down N. Lincoln Street for more than two hours.
