Malfunction causes NJ Motor Vehicle Commission computers to crash

    A computer malfunction Monday morning caused computers across New Jersey to crash at the state’s Department of Motor Vehicle Commission.

    According to a story from the Star-Ledger and published on NJ.com, the glitch happened just before 9 a.m. at the Office of Information Technology.

    NJ.com reports customers had to wait in line for hours for services because of the malfunction.

    The malfunction apparently extended to parts of the State Police and the Department of Labor and Workforce Management, according to the report.
