    The West Chester Daily Local has released its review of the borough’s year in news. From hot zoning issues to record snowfall, the paper recounts what made headlines in 2010.

     

    Last winter proved the snowiest in 15 years, brining 65.5 inches of white stuff, along with headaches and power outages.

    Pennhurst Asylum drew lots of discussion when it opened this fall as a haunted house. Residents are still battling the property owner to determine if the attraction is a proper use of the building.
