Light up the Grand
Forget ‘Light up the Queen’, the light shines on The Grand in downtown Wilmington tonight.
The historic theater on Market Street is hosting a block party starting at 5 p.m. tonight to debut a new facade light and sound system. The outdoor light system will be used as part of a Christmas-themed light show heading into the holiday season. Tonight’s block party is free and open to the public. It will feature live music in front of the Grand from the Sin City Band.
