    New legislation signed by NJ Gov. Chris Christie will allow hotels to open in the resort town with fewer room than the previously required 500 minimum.
    As CBS3 reports, two “boutique” hotels planned for the city will now have an easier time opening up. They’ll be competing with some casino hotels that have 2,000 rooms
