Latest Pa. attorney general candidate will run as independent, not Democrat

    Pennsylvania’s Democratic race for attorney general is once again down to two.

    After getting on the ballot late last month as a Democrat, Don Bailey will now run as an independent.

    PoliticsPA reports the move is in response to a challenge by allies of Patrick Murphy, one of the Democratic candidates. Democrat Kathleen Kane and Republican David Freed are also still in the race.
