“Global climate change is not a foregone conclusion… It is not the federal government’s place to determine climate change.” Wangen has also written that the EPA and environmental protection in general is unconstitutional. Only a state government or a constitutional amendment can bring about legal reform when it comes to energy and the environment.
Healthcare:
Wangen is against the President’s national healthcare programs and instead believes that free market competition for healthcare and health insurance is the right way.
“It is un-constitutional for the federal government to provide healthcare for anyone except members of the armed forces, or retired members of the same. It is un-constitutional for the federal government to require any citizen to have health insurance.”
