John Perzel easily wins primary challenge

    Republican State Representative John Perzel defeated challneger Joseph Gaynor tonight. With 82 percent of the vote counted, Perzel led 72% to 27%. Perzel is currently under indictment for allegedly using taxpayer dollars to help his party in past re-election efforts.

    Perzel will likely face Democrat Kevin Boyle in the General Election in November.
