    One of the men convicted of trying to kill military personnel in Fort Dix, NJ, has sued prison officials for violating his civil rights. Serdar Tatar claims authorities at the Federal Detention Center of Philadelphia failed to prevent an attack on him by his cellmate and co-conspirator Dritan Duka, the Associated Press and Courier Post of Cherry Hill report.

    Tatar also says he’s suffered mental anguis from hunger and humiliation from strip searches in front of video cameras.
