Infant’s death emphasizes need for DHS transparency

The boy’s mother has been charged with murder in his starvation death and two employees of Lutheran Children and Family Service have been laid off. But as Shai Ben-Yaacov reports, the Department of Human Services has a long way to go before it’s considered fully reformed.
