Harrisburg-area residents begin to move on from Tropical Storm Lee

    Residents in the Harrisburg-area are only in the beginning stages of assessing the damages caused by Tropical Storm Lee today.

    On Friday, The Patriot-News reports water in the Swatara Creek began receding, as many residents closely watched and waited to return to their homes.

    The Swatara Creek crested at a record level of nearly 27 feet in Hershey, according to the report.
