Group of church members taking stand against Norristown violence

    The Times Herald reports the group of church members from the Siloam Baptist Church is taking to the streets to spread the message of hope and peace.

    Organizers tell the Times Herald the group was created after church members identified a need for more active outreach in the community.

    Organizers tell the Times Herald the group’s membership has grown in the wake of two deaths and several robberies and thefts in the area.
