Governor Markell introduces plans to get Sussex County kids to go outside and get active.
Called “Sussex Outdoors”, the campaign encourages families and children to get physically active and create a healthier lifestyle. The program is a cooperative effort of DNREC, State Parks, Sussex County Council, Sussex Child Health Promotion Coalition, and Nemours Health and Prevention Services.
