Good karma
If the new year is the time for fresh starts, then Letter27 has its marketing strategy down. The Philadelphia-based branding agency is sponsoring a contest to give away a $10,000 branding package to a nonprofit organization.
Hosted entirely on Facebook, the contest allows people to nominate a nonprofit organization for a chance to win a full brand package: a new logo, tagline, five-page website, brochure, identity package and brand guidelines.
Through March 1, applicants can place their nominations on Letter27’s Facebook page. The winner, determined by which application gets the most ‘Likes’ on Facebook, will be announced March 15.
Why is Letter27 doing this? It’s all about good karma, they say. Also, because grant compeition is getting stiffer, and nonprofits need a leg up.
New brand materials for the winner will be developed right away in the spring.
