Foxwoods team moves to get is gaming license back

    Philadelphia Entertainment Development Partners, the group behind Foxwoods Casino, has appealed to the Commonwealth Court to get its license back.
    The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board revoked the group’s license in December, but as PlanPhilly reports, PEDP says it and its prospective partner, Caesars, has taken all the necessary steps to get the license back.

    The appeal process could take two to four years.
