Fourth victim?
Police have confirmed a woman came forward last night to report that she was raped and choked by a man. Though the report was taken in the 24th District near other recent attacks on women, a connection has not yet been determined between this woman and the three Kensington Strangler deaths, or between her attack and the attacks of three other women.
Action News reports the Special Victims Unit is investigating the crime. The exact location of her attack has not been released.
