Fountain Restaurant at The Four Seasons Hotel oozes extravagance. Since its inception into the city’s dining repertoire in 1983 it has collected more than a few accolades.
The Fountain will offer a three-course dinner, with a choice of appetizer, entrée and dessert. The menu is still in the works, but may include dishes like the Nantucket bay scallops and pickled squid pictured above.
