Former Hershey Medical Center doc pleads guilty to assaulting patients
A former OB/GYN at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center has pleaded guilty to assault charges and will be put on probation.
Robert L. Yarwood admitted to indecently assaulting two female patients, and received a four-year probation sentence as part of the deal, the Patriot-News reports.
The deal means Yarwood can no longer practice labor; he surrendered his prescription writing certification in court. His lawyer says Yarwood has a job doing manual labor.
