Former Boston redevelopment leader will head Atlantic City’s tourism organization
The man who led redevelopment efforts in Boston, Hartford, Providence and Charlotte will now do the same in Atlantic City.
The Casino Redevelopment Authority this morning approved N.J. Gov. Chris Christie’s choice for John F. Palmieri to lead the CRDA.
Palmieri was chosen from among six other candidates, as the Press of Atlantic City reports, and will formally take on the role Oct. 3. CRDA Interim Executive Director Susan Ney Thompson will become deputy director.
