Car found floating in Schuylkill along Kelly Drive
The Philadelphia Inquirer reports that a car was found floating in the Schuylkill River along Kelly Drive.
According to the article, police said it was found near Fountain Green Drive around 11 p.m. on Wednesday.
No one appeared to be inside.
