Firefighters battling multi-alarm fire in Brick

    UPDATE: Firefighters have the blaze under control shortly before 8:45 p.m.

    Firefighters are on the scene of a multi-alarm fire this evening in Brick.

    The fire, which broke out around 7:30 p.m. at a residential home at 1 Deer Path, is at a third alarm shortly before 8:00 p.m.

    Firefighters from multiple companies are on the scene.

    The blaze is through the roof, and firefighters were ordered out of the structure, according to Ocean County Police, Fire & EMS on Facebook.

    Deer Path is located near the Manasquan River and the Wall border.
