Fire officials blame cooking equipment for the North Philly blaze that killed three people including a baby, CBSPhilly reports.

The blaze broke out shortly after 3 a.m. Feb. 27 in a West Seltzer Street home. Killed were Curtis Singleton, 26, his fiancée Dee Nyasha Vicks, 25, and their daughter Pahyje Singleton, 6 months.

There were no working smoke alarms in the home, fire officials say.
