Federal probe leads to 38 drug arrests at Boeing’s Delaware County plant

    Thirty-seven people have been arrested and charged in connection with a drug operation at Boeing’s Delaware County plant.

    The Inquirer reports 23 are charged with illegal distribution of drugs and 14 are charged with attempted possession of drugs sold by coworkers. The arrests came this morning at the Ridley plant where the Chinook helicopter is made. Only one nonemployee is charged.

    Fentanyl, oxycodone and Xanax were among the drugs being distributed.
