Fact-finding

    Pottstown School District’s teachers unions have requested a fact-finding process now that district-union negotiations have stalled. A hearing has been set for Jan. 18, and process, which can take no more than 40 days, can end with a contract or strike. The Mercury had video of School Board President Rick Huss’ take on the situation.
