Explanation for snowy winter

    A Cornell University professor has an explanation for all the snow the East Coast has seen this winter. Professor Art DeGaetano tells the Associated Press the North Atlantic Oscillation — subtropical highs and polar lows — is responsible for our snowy winter.

    Now if we could just find a way to make it stop. More snow is expected Tuesday.
