    As the mid term elections approach, the sense of urgency among candidates and their entourage is about to reach a feverish pitch. On the campaign trail to support democratic candidates, President Clinton seems to be more popular than President Obama and the prognosticators on both side of the aisle are working full time. Not surprisingly the economy remains the most important issue for Americans.
