Community Healthcare Counseling, Education and Advocacy is hosting its Pre-Teen Talk today at 3:30 p.m. at the Free Library of Philadelphia – Falls of Schuylkill Branch.
The talk aims to help pre-teens handle peer pressure, decision making, relationships and other issues.
