East Brunswick High School trainer supports the use of chocolate milk in workouts

Nothing like a cold glass of chocolate milk after a workout.

    Wait, what?

While water and sports drinks are the go-to post-workout beverages for athletes, the growing popularity of energy drinks has an East Brunswick High School trainer worried. So he’s recommending an alternative: chocolate milk.
Many studies support Phil Hossler’s advice, which is why the National Milk Mustache “got milk?” Campaign will feature him sporting a chocolate milk mustache in ads inside several coach and tranier trade publications.

It may have some kind of chocolate or powder in it, but chocolate milk still has that key calcium-rich ingredient — something you won’t find in energy drinks.
