DSP promotions
Delaware State Police Superintendent Col. Robert Coupe will announce the division’s most recent promotions.
Four Delaware State Troopers will be promoted to their new ranks, as family, friends and colleagues look on. Roger Davis will be promoted from Sergeant to Lieutenant. Joseph Gardner, Bruce Harris and Joseph Rose will all be promoted from Corporal to Sergeant.
The promotion ceremony will take place at Wilmington University in Dover Friday morning at 9:00 a.m.
