Dogs return

Upper Providence’s dog park has reopened. Reynold’s Dog Park in Chester County closed a few weeks ago when owners weren’t picking up after their dogs, creating a potentially hazardous annoyance.
The park has since reopened with more signs reminding owners to clean up after their pets, and more trash cans that making doing so easier. Dog walkers should take heed, as a violation comes with a maximum penalty of $1000 or 30 days in jail.
