The Divine Lorraine Hotel has been sealed.
The majestic, crumbling building on North Broad Street is still vacant and in disrepair, but much harder for squatters and vandals to access.
Hidden City snapped a photo of the handiwork — concrete blocks in the low-level windows that trespassers were using for access.
The building, which has piqued just about every local developer’s interest, was most recently damaged by a fire.
