Divine Lorraine windows sealed with concrete blocks

The Divine Lorraine Hotel has been sealed.

The majestic, crumbling building on North Broad Street is still vacant and in disrepair, but much harder for squatters and vandals to access.

The building, which has piqued just about every local developer’s interest, was most recently damaged by a fire.
