Women alleges Disneyworld “nightmares”

An Upper Darby woman is suing Disney after allegedly being groped by Donald Duck at Disney World.

Though the defense says April Magolon sued the wrong entity, as the incident occurred at the corporation’s Florida theme park, a judge has ruled the case can continue in Pennsylvania.

Magolon, 27, said she was holding her child at the Orlando park in 2008 when a staffer dressed as Donald Duck grabbed her breast and made a joke about it, the Associated Press reports. Magolon says she’s since suffered nightmares, digestive problems and other permanent injuries.
