A Delaware County jury has begun deliberations in the molestation case against former Magisterial District Judge Gerald Liberace, the Delaware County Times reports.
Liberace, of Haverford Township, has been accused of inappropriately touching a 12-year-old girl in 2004. He’s been charged with indecent assault and other offenses.
The eight women and four men on the jury heard five days of testimony, during which time the defense made implications of false accusations.
