If you woke up in northern Delaware Thursday’s snow wasn’t an annoyance. In Sussex County it was different story.
Schools were closed throughout Sussex and much of Kent County. The storm dumped at least 3 inches of snow in most places. Visibility dropped to near zero at the height of the morning commute.
It was yet another case of a winter that just doesn’t want to let go of the eastern coast of the United States.
