700 block Vernon Road in East Mt. Airy – Police say five hanging plants worth an estimated $300 were stolen from the property.

1200 block E. Stafford St. – 2011 Chevy Impala stolen at around 4:30 p.m. March 19. Complainant said he left the keys in the ignition of the rental car. He said he had been receiving prank phone calls about the car and so initially thought the theft was a prank.
7400 block Rugby St. – 2004 Chevy Corvette stolen sometime after 10 a.m., March 22.
200 block E. Bringhurst St. – Wii games, two laptops, 48″ flat screen and a debit card stolen from the property between 8 a.m. and 3:40 p.m. March 23.
Unit block Valley Green Road – complainant said he was jogging in the park when two men approached him from behind, stuck an unknown object in his back and demanded money. When he told the offenders he had none, they escorted him into the back seat of a car and drove around for an hour before releasing him on West School House Lane.

Chew Ave. / E. Hortter St. – complainant said someone came up behind her, pushed her to the ground and stole her cell phone.
Baynton St. / E. Walnut Lane – complainant was attacked by three men. Complainant was in the hospital from March 20 – 23 for injuries he sustained during the incident.
8500 block Pickering Ave. – a student at the John McClosky School lit a roll of toilet paper on fire while inside the boy’s bathroom. The offender was caught along with three other students by a school employee who smelled the burning paper. The three students singled out the fourth student after they were asked who was at fault.
Unit block E. Abington Ave. – 2004 Acura MDX stolen, but recovered before the police report was filed. Complainant said she left her vehicle running with the keys inside. Police later spotted the vehicle on Lincoln Drive. When the police approached the car, the offender bailed. He was later caught and arrested by the K-9 unit.
7400 block Crittenden St. – earrings, diamond ring and an amber necklace stolen from the property. Complainant said when she returned to the property after being out for 30-40 minutes, she saw someone running from her backyard. She said the front door was cracked open and drawers were pulled out.

7100 block Ogontz Ave. – 1990 Honda Accord stolen March 21 and recovered the next day.
6400 block Musgrave St. – 1987 Oldsmobile Ciera stolen.
500 W. Mt. Airy Ave. – 32″ Sony flat screen TV stolen from the property.
Germantown Ave. / Bells Mills Road – Chestnut Hill College sign stolen from the campus. A security guard at the college made the report.
200 block W. Evergreen Ave. – camera, Black & Decker router and a hole saw stolen from the property at around 2 p.m. March 21.

1900 block E. Washington Lane – two men robbed the deli at gunpoint. Offenders ran off with two iPhones, a purse and between $500-600.
5600 block Chew Ave. – cash register, 24 bottles of detergent, 22 cartons of cigarettes and $500 stolen from Jade Food Market. The owner reported that someone broke the lock off a security gate with a screwdriver.
1800 block 73rd Ave. – four tires were stolen from a 2010 Chrysler Dodge Charger.
5600 block Germantown Ave. – two men followed a young woman into a store, punched her in the face several times and hit her over the head with a chair. Offenders then fled in an unknown direction. The complainant had no visible injuries.
500 block Brinton St. – Playstation 3, two games and a controller stolen from the property between 2-10 p.m. March 26. Complainant said the items were taken from a bedroom.
300 block E. Price St. – cell phone and vehicle code reader stolen from a 1997 Chevy Blazer. Complainant later recovered the cell phone after finding a man with it on the 5600 block of Boyer St. Police then arrested the offender and took him to the Northwest Detectives Division.
6200 block Germantown Ave. – Kodak camera, Xbox hard drive and hair dryer stolen from a storage unit between 3:57 p.m. Jan. 5 and 6:19 p.m. March 23.
400 block W. Moreland Ave. – two pairs of sunglasses, a Hermes bag and some clothing stolen from a 2004 Chevy Suburban and a 2011 Mercedes Benz.
7900 block Germantown Ave. – Samuel Dong jacket stolen from outside the store. Complainant said she had placed the jacket on a mannequin and that it was gone when she returned.

900 block Church Lane – complainant said she awoke to find an acquaintance on top of her. The offender fled after the complainant started to work to free herself from the position.
5400 block Wayne Ave. – complainant said her son took a Dell computer from the apartment without permission and has yet to return the item.
100 block W. School House Lane – two men mugged a third man March 25. The offenders pushed the complainant against his car and ran off with a cell phone and $34.
100 block W. Chelten Ave. – cash register and $200 stolen from Kim’s Clothing. Location was found with its glass front door broken at around 9:34 a.m. March 26.
100 block W. Chelten Ave. – complainant said he was robbed at gunpoint while making a nightly deposit for Family Dollar. Complainant said the offender tapped on his car window, pulled out a handgun and took the deposit money. The offender ran off with $4500-5000.

100 block E. Johnson St. – Samsung cell phone stolen. Complainant said someone took the phone from her work locker.
Unit block High St. – TV, Comcast cable box, laundry cart, baby clothes and more stolen from the property. Complainant said someone entered through a door off a side bedroom and left through the front door.
600 block E. Cliveden St. – 1992 Subaru Loyal stolen. Complainant said the car was at the mechanic’s and was legally parked at the location.

700 block Vernon Road – five hanging plants worth an estimated $300 were stolen from the property.
7500 block Beverly Road – gold and diamond engagement ring was stolen from a kitchen cabinet where she keeps her rings when cooking. She said the ring was missing and also stated that an acquaintance grabbed a drinking glass from the same cabinet.
5600 block Anderson St. – seven used children’s bikes stolen from the property. Complainant said someone cut his rear fence and took the items.
100 block E. Rittenhouse St. – laptop, $300, two checkbooks, three checks, keys and an empty lock box stolen from the property between March 28 and March 29.
5800 block Wakefield St. – complainant said he was robbed at gunpoint. Offender ran off with a bag containing work clothes, a wallet with $2 inside and a cell phone.
6200 block Morton St. – Xbox 360 stolen between 2:30-5:50 p.m. March 29. Complainant said someone kicked in his door and ransacked the apartment.
100 block E. Rittenhouse St. – complainant said she awoke to find a man standing over her with a gun pointed at her. The offender dashed off when the complainant began to scream. The offender ran off with a pocketbook containing an ID, credit cards, $70 and a cell phone.
300 block E. Chelten Ave. – two men robbed a woman and an acquaintance at gunpoint. The offenders ran off with an iPod, wallet, two purses and $40.
5400 block Germantown Ave. – complainant said two men mugged her. The offenders ran off with a cell phone, purse, birth certificate and IDs.
