Thurs, Feb 17. Unit block Benezet St. – 2010 Subaru Outback stolen. Complainant said she started her vehicle and went back inside. When she returned, the car was gone.

February 16, 2011

2200 block 77th Ave. – Playstation 3 with three controllers, 15 games and a coin jar stolen from the property.

1500 block Mohican St. – Refrigerator, purse, DVD player, CDs and DVDs stolen from the property.

300 block W. Johnson St. – 1996 Ford Explorer stolen.

600 block W. Phil-Ellena St. – clarinet, iPAD and briefcase stolen from a 2006 Subaru Forrester.

 

February 17, 2011

1900 block Dallas St. – complainant, delivery driver with Oak Lane Express Pizza, said he was making a delivery when someone grabbed him from behind and stuck a handgun in his stomach. Another offender then pointed a handgun at his head. Offenders ran off with $70, two cheese steaks, 20 wings and two liters of Pepsi.

600 block E. Chelten Ave. – 10 windows and copper pipes stolen from the property. Complainant said he had just purchased the abandoned property and that the back kitchen door was not secure.

500 block High St. – complainant said someone broke into her home, choked her and threatened to rape her. Offender fled to the roof of the building where police later arrested him.

200 block Church Lane – complainant, security guard at Hamill Mill Apartments, said someone pried the coin boxes off of three automated washing machines.

400 block E. Church Lane – 1999 Chevy Suburban stolen.

Unit block E. Chestnut Hill Ave. – two laptops stolen from the property. Complainant said someone entered the house using a key left in a key box on the front porch.

1600 block Wadsworth Ave. – man was murdered. Police found the man shot four times. He was taken to the hospital and pronounced at 9:15 a.m. Two offenders were identified by a witness and taken to Homicide for questioning.

Unit block Benezet St. – 2010 Subaru Outback stolen. Complainant said she started her vehicle and went back inside. When she returned, the car was gone.

7400 block Sprague St. – 2001 Yamaha motorcycle stolen. Complainant said someone cut the chain that was securing the bike.

 

February 18, 2011

Stenton Ave. / Washington Lane – complainant said an ex-boyfriend choked her and ran off with her cell phone after she refused to hand over the phone.

7400 block Thouron Ave. – 2004 Dodge Durango containing a GPS and toolbox was stolen.

5600 block Sprague St. – four wooden chairs and a wooden table stolen from the property.

 

February 19, 2011

6200 block Crittenden St. – complainant said her boyfriend punched her several times in the head and face over missing his phone call. Complainant said he then attacked her vehicle with a pickaxe.

6200 block Chew Ave. – GPS stolen from a 2002 Oldsmobile.

Mt. Pleasant St. / Williams Ave. – complainant took himself to the hospital after suffering multiple gunshot wounds to his chest, arms and stomach area. Complainant is in stable condition and was transferred to another hospital.

8200 block Germantown Ave. – briefcase with an estimated worth of $700 was stolen from a vehicle.

8200 block Germantown Ave. – Mac laptop and charger stolen from a vehicle.

8500 block Germantown Ave. – complainant, owner of an antique gallery, said someone stole a China plate. Complainant the offenders entered the store and showed illusionary interest in purchasing something. While one of them spoke to the owner, the other grabbed the dish. The two then dashed out of the store. Complainant has surveillance video of the incident.

8000 block St. Martins Lane – Toshiba laptop and cell phone stolen from an unlocked 2000 Honda Accord.

 

February 20, 2011

7000 block Limekiln Pike – 2003 Toyota Camry stolen. Complainant, a delivery driver for Crystal Carton Chinese, said someone stole the car while he left the car running on the job.

5800-block Stockton Road – complainant said someone struck her in the face with a walking cane after he sexually assaulted her while the two traveled in his car. Offender was arrested.

6200 block Wayne Ave. – Sony TV, jewelry, TV stand and an iPod stolen from the property.

600 block Wadsworth Ave. – mountain bike and tools stolen from the property. Complainant said the item was taken from her garage.

 

February 21, 2011

800 block Church Lane – complainant said someone stole her purse while she was asleep and used her debit card to withdraw $400. Complainant said several people live at the property.

400-block E. Washington Lane – complainant said her boyfriend attempted to burn down her apartment. She said the offender lit a paper towel on fire and left the residence. The complainant stomped out the paper towel. The incident was declared arson.

200 block Collom St. – Xbox, DVD player, clothes and food stolen from the property. There were no signs of a forced entry. Complainant said she secured the property before leaving.

6300 block Carnation St. – 2005 Acura MDX stolen.

Unit block W. Walnut Lane – Bluetooth cell phone, 19″ Coby flat screen and various medications were stolen from the property. Complainant said someone forced open her apartment door. The apartment has no alarm.

200 block E. Willow Grove Ave. – external hard drive, an iPod and backpack stolen from a 2006 Honda Accord.

 

February 22, 2011

400 block E. Washington Lane – complainant said someone used his $500 American Express gift card. Complainant said the offender put the card on EBay, copied the numbers and used it.

200 W. Willow Grove Drive – Apple Laptop and iPod Touch stolen from a 2000 Volkswagen Jetta.

7800 block Germantown Ave. – iPhone was stolen from a 2009 Audi.

8300 block Rugby St. – complainant said someone approached and threatened her with a pair of metal shears. Offender was stopped by police in front of the property with the shears. Offenders was arrested and taken to the Northwest Detectives Division.

100 block W. Mermaid Lane – Apple laptop stolen from a 2009 Land Rover.
