Crash slows traffic on Atlantic City Expressway Saturday

    A two-car crash earlier this morning slowed traffic along the Atlantic City Expressway.

    The Press of Atlantic City reports the two-car crash happened around 8:45 a.m. on the eastbound lanes near mile marker 26 in Hammonton.

    At one point, police had to close the eastbound lanes to clear the road.

    The Press of Atlantic City reports both cars suffered heavy damage. At the time, it wasn’t clear if anyone was injured in the accident.
