Corzine spokesman Josh Zeitz tells the Star-Ledger of Newark that the former governor is there with the National Democratic Institute, a nonprofit group that promotes democracy. His contingent includes former elected officials from around the world.

Elections were originally scheduled for April 2 but were delayed a week.
