Construction delays at Gustine Lake Interchange

Drivers traveling north on Kelly Drive and drivers using the temporary Ridge Avenue ramp to southbound City Avenue should expect traffic delays on Wednesday and Thursday night from 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Construction crews will be removing 10 large beams from the bridge over northbound Kelly Drive.

PennDOT says traffic will be stopped on both roads at least five times and each will last about 15 minutes.

It’s part of PennDOT’s $20 million project to improve the Gustine Lake Interchange by replacing four structurally deficient bridges, removing a fifth structurally deficient bridge and relocating two ramps.
