Compassion matters in health care

    Many patients want a highly skilled doctor, preferably one with a degree from a well-known medical school. But how important is it to have a compassionate doctor? A new study says it matters. WHYY’s Behavioral Health reporter Maiken Scott spoke with psychologist Dan Gottlieb.
