Visit Philly has released its 2011 “With love, Philadelphia” commerical, set to air in designated spots across the country to drum up tourism to this fair city.

The 32-second commercial runs through the city’s top tourist attractions and features a cameo of Mayor Michael Nutter — the only human present — blowing viewers a kiss. But Nutter’s not identified anywhere in the commercial.
