City Leaders Push Obama Jobs Plan

    The goal is to put people displaced by the economic downturn back to work. Jeremy Nowak is head of The Reinvestment Fund. He says now is the time to invest in businesses – so they invest in new workers.

    Nowak: We’ve got to figure out how, we’ve got a very specific local context, so we have to figure out how to align our projects to the infrastructure investments, tax credits small business lending opportunities coming out of Washington.
