Chinese exchange

    Last week, Governor Markell put out a $20 million plan to improve early childhood education.  Markell has made education a key to the state’s future economic growth.  One approach is to have Chinese taught in Delaware schools.   Students in the Appoquinimink School District are getting a head  start on learning Chinese in both elementary and high school.
