Chester prisoner still missing after two weeks
Donald Jacobs was signed out of the State Correctional Institution and Chester Jan. 15 and hasn’t returned. State Police are now looking for the 29-year-old.
The Delaware County Times reports police are treating Jacobs as an escapee, and anyone with information is asked to call the state police barracks in Media at 484-840-1000.
