Carl Lewis returns to court, West Philly resident is a MacArthur fellow

    It’s back to court again for Carl Lewis. The Olympian is in Third District court for a rehearing about his presence on the New Jersey Senate ballot, and Lizz Fiedler is in court to bring us all the details.
