Car woes 2
It was Nov. 19 when we brought you a thread from Philly Speaks about a guy, his car and its strange disappearance. He came back from a business trip to find it gone. The Parking Authority couldn’t find it, so he filed a theft report with the police. Well, the guy is back and he’s rightfully confused.
Seems the PPA didn’t get the message, and is now charging him $300 for ignoring a parking ticket issued to the car after it went missing. Now he’s got to prove to the PPA the car was reported stolen. Someone help this guy out!
