Cape May County Zoo introduces snow leopard cub

Is there a snow leopard boom in our area? Two were born earlier this month at the Philadelphia Zoo, but did you know the Cape May County Park Zoo welcomed its own cub in May?

Born May 12, the yet-unnamed cub decided yesterday it was time to make its public debut. The Press of Atlantic City reports the cub left its nesting box to greet visitors. Philly’s cubs are still too young to do that, but the Cape May Zoo has welcomed two other cubs in the last year who’ve already made themselves available for public viewing.
