Cancer funding

    Fort Washington-based National Comprehensive Cancer Network has been awarded a $2.1 million grant.

    The grant from Pfizer will help develop a program to study axitinib in tumors, the Business Journal reports. Axitinib could be linked to the growth and metastatic progression of tumors.
