Camden City police department to be dismantled
Plans to dismantle the Camden City police department are moving forward. The current police force will soon be replaced with a new countywide system giving operational and budgetary control of Camden County.
Camden County Freeholder, Lou Cappelli “plans to announce hiring plans for the new force next week with hopes to begin operations by year’s end,” reports CBS3.
